IN WHAT AREAS DO YOU HAVE VACATION RENTALS?

Our vacation rentals are located along the coast in Santa Cruz county. As far north as West Side Santa Cruz, and as far south as La Selva Beach.

WHAT DO YOUR VACATION RENTALS COME EQUIPPED WITH?

All of our vacation homes come fully furnished. The kitchens are fully equipped. Most all the homes have T.V., VCR, stereos with CD players, BBQ’s, some have fenced yards or atriums.  Check out our standard amenities page for the full list of services.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING WITH ME?

You would need to bring sheets, towels, pillowcases, paper products, and personal items. Some of our homes do not supply basic linen, but we would be happy to refer you to a linen rental service.

DO YOU ALLOW PETS

We do have a few properties that will allow a small dog, with advance notice.  Check out our pet friendly rentals for the full list of real estates which allow dogs.  However, most of the properties do not allow any animals. Failure to comply with the NO PET POLICY could result in removal from the property.

DO YOU ALLOW FAMILY REUNIONS, WEDDINGS OR LARGE GATHERINGS?

Due to fire codes and neighborhood agreements we are unable to accommodate large groups.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

You will receive a full refund, minus a $50.00 cancellation fee, if you give more than a 60-day notice*. If you give less than a 60-day notice you will only receive a refund if we are able to re-rent the property for the same time period. If the property is not re-rented then we would retain the entire rental amount paid. You would then only be refunded your security deposit.

*Any rentals from June 1 – Sept 1 have a 90 day cancellation period.
