The first floor offers a large bedroom with king bed, TV, separate entry, sink and small refrigerator as well as a full bathroom tub shower combo. The second floor offers the kitchen, living room, master bedroom and bathroom with TV, as well as a large deck with gas heater, table & chairs for gathering with family and friends, ocean view and bi fold glass doors that open up all the way to create a lanai effect.
