916 West Cliff is an older, well cared for 3 bedroom 2 bath, single level house. Giant backyard with cement patio. Nice ocean views from living room and master bedroom. Master bedroom has king bed and ocean view. Second room has two twins, third room has a double. Home has all new windows, paint, carpet, vinyl and new leather living room furniture!
Located on the cliffs, the location is great. Stairway to beach is a just a short walk (approx 4 min). Walking distance to Boardwalk and Wharf. Bike rentals, boat rentals and skate rentals available across from boardwalk, in the summer only.
